Texture Tuesday for May 17th

DCF 1.0

The theme for this Tuesday is vintage – the picture was taken in Jerome, Arizona, a former ghost town that still has a few ghosts. If the door opened it would go under the highway now, but a grand building once stood here. I used the textures “Believe” multiply 80% and “Pour vous” multiply 60% over the central portion of the image – so there’s a little bit of handwriting on this old wall.

Happy Tuesday!

Love this! There's something special about looking at the ghosts of the past in the form of architectural structures (no matter how small) that still stand. This is wonderful.

Beautiful...what amazing textures, you can almost feel the roughness of the stone.
