Good Bye, Good Friend
My dear Brownie died on November 15, 2014. He injured his back and was in terrible pain; I won't ask my furry friends to suffer so I don't have to. The flying fairy dog flew back to fairyland and took some of me with him.

Where Bloggers Create 2014
Welcome!
Titania and Oberon are the studio hosts this year -
Brownie (the dog) has been doing this for a while and thought the cats should share the responsibilities for a change. The cats meowed loudly in protest and glared but to no avail, Brownie put his paw down.
My studio hasn't changed much this year and since some visitors have seen it clean I'll show you what it looks like the rest of the time, plus some of the things I make. I haven't been making much lately, my husband has cancer and I've been focused more on health and food and cures than creating. This kind of news is like being too close to striking lightning - you can't see or hear, you can't tell direction and you're just stunned for a bit. The creativity helps though, and my little shed in the backyard is a refuge. Without further ado...
The lower work bench with jewelry supplies
The upper bench with way too much stuff out
Yep, more stuff
The shelves across from the work bench
I use plastic boxes to sort projects
Paper crafting projects for Ali Edwards "One Little Word" 2014 project - you chose a word for the year and focus on bringing the word into your life. I was a bit skeptical when I started but no more - the word I chose was "free" because I wanted to be free of personal baggage and my attitudes have changed.
Some journaling for OLW
Some actions on which to focus
I also love fabric and have it stuffed in shelves and drawers
Lovely trims and doo-dads
I enjoy digital scrapping - an image to print on fabric for embroidery
A ghost in a cemetery for Halloween
An image to print on cardstock for an ATC or notes
Some vintage attitude
And who can resist such cute kitty cats? Thank you for stopping by! Click the WBC button at the top of the blog for more studios. Thank you, Karen Valentine of My Desert Cottage for hosting this funderful party!
